Nicolas Havette

Mr. Havette started his career as a Financial Auditor with PWC from 2004 to 2007. He then joined the Strategy & Corporate Development department of Abertis Infraestructuras in Barcelona, where he performed M&A transactions for the transportation and telecommunications infrastructure group throughout the Americas and Europe. In 2011, he was appointed Vice-President by 3anglecapital, an advisory firm headquartered in Lisbon and Madrid, to take over the execution team in charge of M&A, Project Advisory and financing operations in Latin America and Central Africa.

Mr. Havette has also advised several oil companies in Africa and Latin America, and has led the buy-side privatisation of several Portuguese industrial groups, including, flag carriers, airport operators and water infrastructure providers. In June 2013, he founded ARES Corporate Advisory, a boutique advisory firm based in Paris and Madrid, performing cross-border services in the areas of corporate strategy, restructuring, valuation, entrepreneurship projects, strategic partnerships as well as corporate finance, for its Iberian, African and Latin American clients. As Founder of the firm, Mr. Havette also collaborated with the African Development Bank (AfDB) for railroad and airport projects in Eastern and Equatorial Africa, and advised private clients for Corporate Real Estate operations or development financing in the region. In March 2022, he incorporated REINFRA – Real Estate & Infrastructure Services, in Paris, focusing on the rehabilitation and construction of motorways, airports, telecommunications and other vital infrastructure, as well as the financing and construction of all forms of commercial real estate.
