Roman Angelov has 20+ years experience in critical economical domains as Construction, IT, Energy and Military.
Now he is the Chairman of Bulgarian Association Digital Industry and CEO of Balkan Invest Consult.
By his leadership Dimiroma group was recognized as most innovative company in Bulgaria by United Business Clubs in 2018 within Balkan SME Conference 2018.

Roman Angelov has successful professional experience as exclusive representer of Bulgarian, Turkish, Czech construction companies and holdings as well as military companies from Germany.

His functional and business design implements new government management of Water Supply and Sewage business in Bulgaria and flush-off €7B investments until 2024.

In 2022 Balkan Invest Consult is preparing investment projects in Eastern Europe within €2B.

Mr. Angelov has more than 20 critical government projects are completed by his participation in France, Belgium , Bulgaria, Romania and other countries. His education includes the National Defence Academy “Georgi Stoykov Rakovski” National Security and Defence in Bulgaria as well as he is pursuing at VUZF University Ph.D. in University of Finance, Business and Entrepreneurship. Finance, General, PhD. Also, Mr. Angelov has MBA. Business Administration and Management, University of National and World Economy, and a B.S in Computer Science from the University of National and World Economy.
