With a 28 year career in the financial sector, he collaborated with Arthur Andersen & Co. (Paris, Madrid and London offices), with the Investment Bank Jefferies & Co. (Leucadia PLC) – (New York, Los Angeles, Paris and London), and Trident Partners LLC – (Hong Kong, Beijing, London and Paris) – focusing on Sovereign debt, Corporate Restructurings & Recaps., Public to Privates, and Distressed/Special Situations – transactions. Throughout his career he has raised more than USD29.0bn in transactions in Eastern China, N. America and W. Europe. Currently, he is dedicated to High Yield/Mezz. financings in Infrastructure and Commercial Real Estate projects in Germany, Iberia, S. Africa and S. America. Richard is a graduate of Colgate University – Cum Lauda – Intl` Relations and Economics. He speaks English, French and Spanish fluently and currently resides in Luxembourg.
